Ziya Eren Sports High School and Ziya Eren Fine Arts High School, which offer young people in Bitlis new opportunities in education, sports, and the arts, are two significant projects launched to unlock the region’s potential. Aiming to combine academic achievement with athletic and artistic development, these projects seek to enhance the region’s dynamism while nurturing the talented and accomplished individuals of the future.

Project Details:

Ziya Eren Sports High School and Ziya Eren Fine Arts High School provide young people with the essential academic, artistic, and athletic infrastructure they need. Ziya Eren Sports High School consists of 14 classrooms, two sports halls, a football field, an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness center, while Ziya Eren Fine Arts High School is equipped with workshops and studios for music, painting, and performing arts. In addition to these facilities, dormitories with a total capacity of 100 male and 80 female students have been built for both schools, ensuring that students receive their education in a safe and comfortable environment. Moreover, the İsmail Eren Sports Facilities serve as a comprehensive sports complex that supports the physical development of students.

Project Objectives:

• To develop the academic, artistic and athletic abilities of young people

• To instill discipline, team spirit, and self-confidence through sports

• To ensure that female and male students have equal access to education and sports opportunities

• To strengthen the region’s sports infrastructure and cultivate individuals who can achieve success at the national level

Impact:

• Boarding education capacity of 280 students (160 at the Sports High School, 120 at the Fine Arts High School)

• To become a source of pride for the region by achieving success and winning medals in national and regional tournaments

• To encourage wider participation in artistic and sporting activities
