Launched to ensure that stray animals can live in a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment, this project represents a hopeful step toward improving animal welfare.

Project Details:

As part of the project implemented in 2024, significant steps were taken to improve the living conditions of stray animals rescued from disasters, many of which require special care. By increasing the shelter’s capacity, safe accommodation was provided for approximately 200 additional animals.

• To meet the animals’ water needs, a new water well was drilled, and a continuous water supply was ensured through the installation of a water storage tank.

• A clinic and veterinary room were established to provide essential medical treatment and care services.

• Climate-controlled containers were installed to protect sick and special-needs animals from seasonal weather conditions.

• The shelter’s infrastructure was strengthened, and the electrical system and transformer were renewed to ensure the uninterrupted operation of all equipment.

• Isolation areas, covered shelter structures, and panel fencing were constructed to enable the safe intake of newly arrived animals.

As a result of these efforts, the shelter not only expanded its capacity but was also transformed into a sustainable and secure living environment capable of meeting the animals’ basic needs.

Project Objectives:

  • Providing infrastructure and technical support for the shelter
